Add Opt-out to the email signature

How do I add an Opt-Out URL to my signature?

There are different ways to add an Opt-Out URL to your email signature or email. It depends on what you prefer however our recommendation is to add it to your signature to keep the email as simple as possible.

1. Add your own Opt-Out URL

If you have your own link you want to use then you can manually add it to the signature with our Link-button.

Click on the chain icon (third button from the left) after marking in the signature where you want to add the link.

Choose what text you want to display instead of the link as well as the URL.

2. Add Qualifier's provided link

If you don't have your own link then you can use our link provided for free to all users. 

Go to "Profile" and scroll down until you see the message prompt as seen below. Click on "Click here" to add our link and template where you want in the signature.

There will now be a text added automatically to your signature as well as our Opt-Out link. Don't forget to press "Save".
