I want to be able to contact multiple decision-makers from the same company even if one has responded.
Our general settings for the bots only allow a Company account to only receive one reply from each company. Bots can still contact other people at the same company as long as none of the other ones have replied yet however there will be a couple of days waiting period to avoid spamming the same company.
Bot A contacts person A from Company A. Person A replies > All future prospects from Company A will be blocked for all users and bots.
Sometimes however, you might want to be able to contact multiple decision-makers for different products or campaigns. To do so, we can remove this general setting and allow responses from multiple decision-makers from the same company.
