Log all emails in your CRM with BCC

Add your CRM's BCC address to Qualifier, and a copy of every email your campaigns send goes to your CRM:

1. Find your BCC address in your CRM (see the guides below).
2. In Qualifier, click Settings in the sidebar.
3. On the User tab, paste the address into BCC email address.
4. Click Save.

How to find the BCC address in common CRMs:

• Pipedrive
• Upsales

For Salesforce or other CRMs, check your CRM's help center for "email to CRM" or "BCC logging", or ask your CRM provider.

How the emails are logged (which contact or company they're attached to, for example) depends on your CRM, not on Qualifier.
