Emails don't look as expected

The formatting of the email does not look correct in the platform. How do I fix it?

Always use the preview and 'send test email' functionality to ensure the email looks good in your inbox. This is a quick way of verifying that everything will look good on your prospects' end as well. 

Another tip is to remove the formatting which can look different from the original if you copy and paste your text from another source.

This can be done by marking your whole text and then clicking on the button that looks like an eraser in the top-left corner of the editor.
