How does Qualifier work with GDPR?

We are targeting countries in EU where they have GDPR to regulate emailing. Does Qualifier work in those countries?

We often get questions regarding GDPR and how we work in accordance with it. As we all know, GDPR applies across the European Union and exists to protect people's personal data but also to regulate unfair marketing in different ways.

Two important props Qualifier needs to fulfill

1. Being able to offer a clear Opt-Out/Unsubscribe opportunity to the recipient. You can read more about how we do it here and here.

2. To only contact work email addresses associated with the company where the person works.

As stated in our "Terms", both of these props are fulfilled. Both in terms of the common GDPR legislation and the national marketing law based on EU directives.
