I want to create a new bot but it does not work

I can't seem to create a new bot. How do I fix this?

If it doesn’t work to create a bot then you might have hit your maximum amount of bots available for your plan. If there are bots not being used or users not active anymore, then we recommend you to archive the inactive/paused bots and then try to register a new bot again.

If you want to purchase additional bots then please contact your Account Manager or support@qualifier.ai.
