I'm not going to use the platform anymore but I have a colleague who want's to start using it instead. How do we make the switch?
If your company account still hasn't used up all the available seats or bots that are included in your plan then the new user can just connect their account with the registration link. Let us know and we will then deactivate your account.
If all seats or bots are already in usage then you first need to archive your old bots to free up seats and bots in your plan for the new user.
