What happens when I receive a reply?

I've received my first reply from a prospect now. What will happen from here?

All replies from prospects will be sent directly to your own inbox. Our bots will be able to detect the replies and stop emailing that specific prospect so you don't have to worry about follow-up emails. 

From there it's up to you to take over and finish the conversation with the prospects. 


We have a general setting where when a prospect has replied, the other eligible prospects from the same company will also be blocked from being contacted again. This can however be deactivated. Find more about it here.
