When do the bots send out emails and can I change it?
Emails will be sent between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm on weekdays. During weekends, no emails are sent. These time windows are not changeable with the exception of changing timezones.
Keep in mind that no emails are sent on the following dates:
- December 24
- December 25
- December 26
- December 31
- January 1
If you wish to pause sending due to other holidays or reasons, you'll need to do so manually.
You can pause your bot either under "Overview" with the Pause-button or by deactivating all sequences for a bot under "Sequences".
