Can I give my license to a colleague?
Yes. To hand over your seat:
- Contact us through the chat bubble on this page or at support@qualifier.ai and ask us to deactivate your user. Users can't be deactivated from within the app.
- Your colleague logs in to Qualifier with their own work email. See How do I add a user to our account?
- If your company has used all the campaigns in its plan, archive the campaigns you no longer need so your colleague can create new ones. See Is it possible to remove a campaign?
