How do I review and edit Qai's generated messages?

You can check and change any message Qai has personalized before it's sent:

1. Open the campaign and go to the Prospects tab.
2. Find the prospect.
3. Click the message icon (Personalize message) on their row to view and edit the email.

To drop Qai's version and send your standard sequence to that prospect instead, use Delete personalized message.
