Pausing our subscription
We need to pause our current subscription since we won't be using the platform for awhile. Is that possible?

If your subscription plan includes a limit on how long you can use our platform then pausing it for a longer period is not possible unless this has been approved by your contact person here at Qualifier.
Please reach out to your Customer success manager if you need to pause your subscription for what ever reason.
