More in General
- Which email address should I use when I register?Use your own work email address, like firstname@company.com. Shared addresses like info@ get fewer opens and replies.
- How do I log in? (There's no password)Qualifier has no password of its own. Enter your work email, then sign in with Google or Microsoft, or use the login link we email you.
- How do I add a user to our account?Colleagues join by logging in with their work email on your company's domain. To add more users than your plan includes, contact us.
- Can I give my license to a colleague?Yes. Ask support to deactivate your user, then your colleague logs in with their own work email. Archive campaigns if your plan's limit is reached.
- Can we pause our subscription?Subscriptions can't normally be paused, but talk to your customer success manager if you need a break.
