Where can I turn automatic personalization on or off?

Automatic personalization is set per campaign:

1. Open the campaign and go to Settings.
2. Under Qai, check or uncheck Qai generated personalized messages.
3. Click Save.

When it's on, Qai researches each prospect and writes a unique opening line. You can steer it with Guidance for Qai (optional), for example by describing what your company does and when Qai should customize the message.

When it's off, every prospect gets your sequence as written, with only your variables filled in.
