Add a company description

The company description tells Qai about your company: what you sell, to whom, the words your buyers search for, and who is not a buyer. Qai reads it as background in every chat.

The description is shared by everyone in your company. To add or change it:

1. Click Settings in the sidebar and open the Company tab.
2. Find Company description and write your text. It can be up to 3,000 characters.
3. Click Save.

Let Qai write it

Under the text box, click Let Qai write it (or Ask Qai to improve it once there is a description). Qai opens with a message ready to send. Qai drafts the description from what it knows about you, such as your campaigns, targetings and website, and shows you the draft before it saves anything.

If your company has no description yet, Qai may also offer to write one when you talk about what you sell or your customers. It only saves it once you agree. When you tell Qai something that changes the description, it can offer to update it.
