Connect your mailbox and set up campaigns, targetings, sequences and exclusions.

• Will Qualifier work with my email provider?Yes. Connect Gmail or Google Workspace, Outlook or Exchange, or any other provider through IMAP and SMTP.
• Can I send the emails through an email alias?Yes, if the alias is an alias account or domain on your connected mailbox. Contact support and we'll turn it on for you.
• How do I change the email address I use in Qualifier?Contact support. We'll connect your new address and help move your campaigns over to it.
• What is a campaign?A campaign combines one targeting (who to contact) with one or more sequences (what to send). Use separate campaigns for different markets.
• How many campaigns can I have?Your plan sets how many active campaigns you can have. Archived campaigns don't count. Contact us to add more.
• Create a campaignClick New campaign, choose an existing targeting or create a new one, then write your sequence.
• Create a targetingA targeting defines who your campaign contacts: location, job titles, industries and company size.
• Shared targeting vs. new targetingShare an existing targeting when campaigns should always target exactly the same people. Otherwise create a new one; shared targetings can't be separated.
• What is a sequence?A sequence is the series of steps (emails, LinkedIn messages, calls and tasks) that a campaign runs for each prospect.
• Create a sequenceOpen your campaign's Sequences tab, click New sequence, then add your first email and any follow-up steps.
• What variables can I use?Use [first-name], [last-name], [company] and weekday variables in subjects and email bodies to personalize each email.
• Plain text messagesPlain text emails reach the inbox more reliably, look the same everywhere and feel personal, which makes them the best default for prospecting.
• Add an email signatureAdd your signature under Settings, User tab, Signatures. There's one for HTML emails and one for plain text emails.
• Send a test emailClick Send test email under any saved email step to check variables, formatting and your signature in your own inbox.
• Can I add a video in my email sequence?Videos can't be embedded in emails, but you can link to one.
• Exclude companies and contacts from your campaignsList customers, companies, domains and email addresses that should never be contacted under Settings, Company tab, Exclusions.
• Is there an option to unsubscribe from receiving emails?Replying is enough to stop all emails from your company. You can also add an opt-out link with [opt-out-url], and exclude people on request.
