Export prospects to a CSV file

Yes. With the CSV export add-on, you can download a file of every prospect your campaigns have contacted. It's a good complement if you don't use one of our CRM integrations and want your own record of the outreach.

To export, open a campaign, go to the Prospects tab, select Contacted and click Export to CSV.

The file includes:

• Company, website, location and industry
• Name and position
• When they were contacted, and on which email address
• Current status
• Mobile and company phone numbers, where available
• Campaign name and who contacted them
