How does Qualifier work with GDPR?

Qualifier is built for B2B outreach within the GDPR. Two requirements matter most, and Qualifier meets both:

1. Only work email addresses. We only contact people on the email address tied to the company they work for, never private addresses.
2. A clear way to opt out. Every recipient can opt out. When a prospect replies, Qualifier stops emailing them and won't contact them again from your company. You can also add an opt-out link to your emails (see Is there an option to unsubscribe from receiving emails?).

Our Terms describe how both the GDPR and national marketing laws based on EU directives are covered. Some countries go further than the GDPR, which is why Qualifier doesn't work in Germany.
