Use Qai in Slack or Microsoft Teams
Qai is also available in Slack and Microsoft Teams, so your team can review prospects, check campaign stats and manage outreach where they already work. It's the same Qai as under Qai in the sidebar. See Using Qai to set up and manage campaigns.
Everyone who uses Qai this way needs their own Qualifier account in your company.
Slack
Anyone in your company can install Qai in your Slack workspace:
- Click Qai in the sidebar and start a new chat.
- Click Add to Slack.
- Choose your workspace and click Allow. You need permission to add apps to the workspace; otherwise, ask your Slack administrator.
Qai then introduces itself to the workspace members who have a Qualifier account in your company.
Once it's installed:
- Send Qai a direct message, or mention @Qai in a channel. Qai answers in a thread, and each thread is its own conversation.
- Qai recognizes you by the email address of your Slack account, so it must be the same address you use in Qualifier.
Microsoft Teams
Your IT administrator adds Qai to your organization from the Teams Admin Center. Follow the step-by-step Teams setup guide.
Once it's available:
- In Teams, click Apps, search for Qai and click Add.
- Open a chat with Qai and send any message.
- If Qai doesn't recognize you, it asks for your Qualifier email address to link your accounts. It must be the email address you sign in to Teams with.
When Qai is added to a team, it also sends a short introduction to the team's members who have a Qualifier account.
