What happens when I get an auto-reply or out-of-office?

Qualifier recognizes auto-replies and out-of-office messages, and pauses the sequence for that prospect instead of treating it as a real reply. The prospect is marked Auto responded in your prospect list.

What happens next:

• The next follow-up is sent two weeks after the email that triggered the auto-reply.
• If the prospect auto-replies twice, the sequence stops.
• If the auto-reply says the person has left the company, the sequence stops right away.

Qualifier doesn't read return dates from out-of-office messages. If the auto-reply points you to a colleague or an exact return date, it's worth following up yourself.
