When are my emails sent?

Emails are sent between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Nothing is sent on weekends.

The sending window itself can't be changed, but you can set the time zone it follows for each campaign: open the campaign, go to Settings and pick a Time zone.

No emails are sent on these dates:

• December 24, 25 and 26
• December 31
• January 1

Campaigns that target Sweden also skip Swedish public holidays.

To stop sending on other days, pause the campaign. On the campaign's Overview, click Pause. You can pause Now or On date, and optionally set a date to resume. See If I pause my campaign, will follow-ups still be sent?
