If I pause my campaign, will follow-ups still be sent?

No. When you pause a campaign, all of its sending stops, including follow-ups to prospects already in a sequence.

Pause the whole campaign

1. Open the campaign's Overview.
2. Click Pause.
3. Choose Now or On date, and optionally set a date for the campaign to resume.
4. Click Pause campaign.

Stop new prospects but keep sending follow-ups

If you're planning a big change to a sequence, or a longer pause, you can let ongoing sequences finish first:

1. Open the campaign and go to Sequences.
2. Open the sequence and uncheck Active on the first email step.
3. Leave the follow-up steps active, and save.

The campaign now only sends follow-ups. Do this a few days before you pause (as many days as your sequence is long), so every prospect gets the complete sequence. To start contacting new prospects again, check Active on the first step and save.
