Require review of all prospects

If you want to approve every prospect before they're contacted, turn on review for the campaign:

1. Open the campaign and go to Settings.
2. Check Require review of all prospects.
3. Click Save.

How it works

1. When prospects are waiting for approval, you get an email telling you it's time to review.
2. Open the campaign's Prospects tab. Prospects waiting for you are under To be reviewed.
3. Reject anyone you don't want to contact, then click Mark page as reviewed. Repeat for each page.

Approved prospects are contacted as usual. If nobody reviews within 3 business days of the review email, the waiting prospects are approved automatically, so your campaign doesn't stall.
