My emails don't look as expected

The most common cause is text pasted from another program, such as Word or Google Docs, which brings hidden formatting with it. To fix it:

1. Select all the text in the editor.
2. Click the Clear formatting button (the eraser) in the editor's toolbar.
3. Reapply any formatting you need.

To avoid formatting problems altogether, consider plain text emails. They look the same in every inbox.
