What is a credit?

A credit is used each time a campaign sends the first email to a new prospect. That's the only thing that costs a credit:

• Finding and reviewing prospects is free.
• Follow-up emails are free.
• Emails that bounce don't cost a credit.

To see how many credits you've used, how many are left and when they expire, go to Settings and open the Usage tab. (The tab only appears if your plan uses credits. Some plans are billed per interested lead instead.)
