I see several people from the same company. Why is that?

Several people at the same company can show up in your prospect list because they all match your targeting. Instead of picking one for you, we let you choose who you'd rather contact.

They won't all be emailed at once:

1. When one person at the company is contacted, the others are held back.
2. If that person doesn't reply, the next one can be contacted after 14 days.
3. If someone at the company replies, their colleagues aren't contacted from any campaign in your company.

You can change when colleagues of someone who replied may be contacted again: go to Settings, open the Company tab and set Contact other people at a company that already responded after under Nurturing.
