Which companies visit my website?

Open Visitors in the menu and click Set up your site. Enter your domain and click Add site, then paste the snippet into every page of your site, just before </head>. Visits are counted on that domain and its subdomains. When the first visit comes in, the site shows Receiving.

The snippet sets no cookies, stores nothing in the browser and does nothing for visitors who have turned on Do Not Track. Visits are matched to companies, not to people, and the visitor's address is deleted after 30 days.

For each company, Visitors shows its pages, its visits and an intent score from 0 to 100. Reading pricing, demo or contact pages and coming back after your email raise it; 60 or more is a hot lead. A company marked Possible is a weaker match. Not every visit can be named, for example someone working from home.

When someone at a company you emailed in the last 90 days visits, the campaign owner gets a task to follow up, and the campaign's next email comes forward. You can also click Alert owner on the company.

For a new company, click Find people and add to campaign to add up to 3 people with the campaign's job titles. To do it automatically, pick a campaign under Campaign for new visiting companies in the settings. Click Ignore this company to hide a company you don't want to see.
