Your plan year and credit usage

If your plan uses credits, the top of your Dashboard shows Your plan year, with the date it started (Since) and three numbers:

• Wanted to hear more: people who replied with interest, including those who booked a meeting.
• Replies: people who replied.
• Companies reached: companies where at least one email was delivered (bounced emails don't count).

The numbers cover the people your campaigns started emailing during this plan year, that is, those whose first email used one of this plan year's credits. A reply that comes in later still counts. If you can only see your own campaigns, the numbers cover only those.

Further down, the Wanted to hear more panel lists the six latest people from your plan year who wanted to hear more, with their role, company and what they wrote. All replies opens your inbox. Until someone has wanted to hear more, the panel shows Latest replies instead.

How many credits are left

Go to Settings and open the Usage tab. It shows how much of your credits is used, in percent and as used out of total, and when they expire. The bar turns red once more than 90% is used. See What is a credit? for what uses a credit.
